The property is located in the beautiful landscape of the Turracherhöhe (1,763 m) - National Nockberge - in the middle of ski resort - a few meters to the ski lifts - in a quiet area of the cottage resort - 600 m to the lake Turracher.
Turracherhöhe, or Turracherhöhe called a village, a mountain pass and a landscape in the Alps in Austria Gurktaler. The same village and the lake at the pass Turracher be divided by the border between Styria and Carinthia in two states.

From Germany: via Salzburg, A10 motorway to Abfart St. Michael, Tamsweg direction and then drive on to Predlitz Turracherhöhe
