Object Description

Our guest house offers a magnificent view  of the Stubaier Glacier, it is situated in a quiet and central part of Milders-approx. 2km from the centre. We offer well furnished holiday apartments for a relaxing vacation in summer and winter. Our house offers a generous spa area, a ski/shoe room, a play room for the kids, a computer room and many more.

The apartments are fully appointed:

For relaxation after a tiring ski- or walking day or as an alternative program on bad weather you will find a generous spa area on 80m² in our house. Wellness: sauna, double-infrared cabin, various showers, double steam shower, whirlpool, relaxation area, gymroom, heated-benches, relax-couches, fountain.

Location and surroundings:

In winter you have direct access to the cross country ski track (as well as a well-lit night cross country ski track) and also for hiking trails in summer. The Stubai glacier ski-region is within approx. 25min. reach from our house. The bus services for free transport are 150m from our house.
You will also find public telephones close by (50m).
For your daily shopping you’ll find a grocery shop in Milders and two supermarkets in the centre of the village. The baker offers an extensive assortment at bread rolls and a morning delivery service from Monday to Saturday. On request we will gladly arrange for a breakfast delivery.
In walking distance you will find several restaurants, a pizzeria, a hairdresser and ATM machine.
Out of respect for future guests, please do not smoke in our apartments.
Smoking on the balcony or on the terrace is of course no problem. We thank you for your understanding.
In the construction of our apartments we have omitted problematic materials an choose healthy and non-allergenic materials. This ensure a prosperous rest also for sensitive people. Of course we set a high value on cleanliness.

Getting there

Car: You can reach the Stubaivalley in about 20 minutes from the Olympiacity Innsbruck via the Brenner motorway ( Europe bridge), Exit Schönberg, the first village in the Stubaivalley, carry on to Mieders, Telfes, Fulpmes and Neustift. The other option is to go via the Brenner road to Schönberg without paying toll ( about 35 minutes journey time). It is binding to stick a “Vignette” (road charge) on your windscreen when driving on Austrian motorways. You can buy a “Vignette” at border crossings, petrol stations and your motoring association.

Wellness: On 80m² you will find a Finnish sauna, a duo infrared cabin, a double steam shower, a whirlpool, a heated bench and a generous relaxing area with health couches and relaxation chairs.
Sauna and towels:  Additional towels for the sauna and relaxation facilities are at your disposal at all times.
Ski and shoe area: Your ski equipment (ski, snowboard, helmets etc.) can be stowed away comfortably in the ski area and/or shoe area. The shoe dryer dries your walking boots, ski shoes, gloves, helmets etc. over night, so that all your equipment are ready for use the next day.
Internet and WLAN in the holiday apartments:  A computer with internet is at your disposal. In your apartment you also have direct access over WLAN for your notebook.
Books-/games corner: A good book for a cosy evening or society games for the whole family on a bad weather day.
DVD-library: You will find a lot of blockbusters and series in our DVD-library.
Children's playroom and playground: For the children we have a playroom in our cellar, consisting of TV, table football, darts, Sony Playstation and many more. In summer we also have a playground with a play tower, football post, trampoline and many more.
Out-door deck chairs: In summer the balconies are equipped with a sun umbrella, table and chairs. Outside we also have out-door deck chairs at your disposal.
Ski preparation equipment: For our professional skiers we offer ski preparation in the ski area.
Info terminal: Information on weather, snow conditions and events you will find at our info terminal. All important information will be shown automatically.
Vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron: If required, a vacuum cleaner, ironing board and irons are at your disposal.
Parking: Of course there is parking facilities direct at the house at your disposal.
Breakfast service: The local bakery offers a delivery service for bread rolls. Gladly we organize the supply for you (daily delivery until 06:30 o'clock).
Bobsleigh: For an enjoyable bobsleigh group -possibly by moonlight- we have sufficient bobsleighs at your disposal. Directly alongside the cross country trail is a prepared footpath suitable for parents with small children, for a walk with the bobsleigh.
Bicycles: Bicycles for adults and children are at your disposal.
Snowshoes: Everyone who likes nature and movement is right here. Walking with "big feets" over snowy meadows and along forest roads. We have the suitable snowshoes at your disposal.
Hiking sticks: You like hiking sticks ? You can get from us high quality, height-adjustable hiking sticks.
Free Ski Bus: Free for winter sports participants, everyone with ski pass, not valid on the Nightliner bus line. Supertal ski pass and guest card also permit you to take part in evening ski courses as far as Schönberg.
Discount for ski schools and ski rental: I f you are a guest of our house, you get a discount at certain ski schools and rental shops.
