Object Description

This good as new, comfortable, ground-level wooden house was rebuilt a few years ago in a sunny location and offers a magnificent view of the Katschtal and the surrounding mountains. From the design was applied to natural building materials night to offer an extremely healthy lifestyle in a holiday home. The kitchen is equipped with the latest equipment, and has electric stove and oven, coffee maker, slicer, microwave oven, food processor, toaster, blender dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The house is heated with gas. The water you get from purest mountain water collected.

The living room is equipped with a large couch for relaxing, a 40 "LCD TV and a massage chair with 30 channels and heat function are included. The living room is very bright due to the large windows and a balcony exit to the outside terrace with barbecue.

There is one bedroom with double bed, a twin bedroom and a separate room with a pull out couch. The bathroom is white and includes a washing machine to clean your clothes.

This comfortable, ground-level and reconditioned wooden house located in 1,100 m above sea level, resting in a sunny position on a plateau overlooking the front Pöllau Katschtal leaves nothing to be desired. The nearest town is St. Peter am Kammersberg, where shopping, banking there, doctor, pharmacy and post office, this is about 7 km away from the object. In the next town of Murau is about 33 km.
