The Resort
Rancho El Sobrino Resort offers in total 12 Studios and Apartments. All Studios and the bedrooms in the Apartments are air-conditioned and feature a TV with international channels. Every accommodation offers hot and cold water showers.
We invite you to experience our small and cozy Resort in the western area of the island. Surrounded by the green nature of this part of the island you have found your vacation spot if you like to enjoy peace and quiet in a tropical setting. With a lot of love and small details was this hideaway built by the owner to create a welcoming hideaway for guests from all countries.
 
Studios
The Standard Studios offer a fridge with freezer, dishes, a water heater or coffee maker and a toaster. Queen beds or matrimonial beds (2 mattresses). The Studios feature a small porch with pool view.
 
Deluxe Studios
The Deluxe Studios offer a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, coffee maker and toaster. Queen beds or matrimonial beds (2 mattresses). One of the Deluxe studios feature a porch with far sea view and pool view.
 
One bedroom Apartment
These Apartments are laid out very spacious on 2 floors. Downstairs you find the bedroom (matrimonial bed with 2 mattresses) as well as the bathroom and upstairs the fully equipped kitchen with dishes, coffee maker and toaster. The porch is upstairs with far sea and pool view.
 
Two bedroom Apartment
2 bedrooms and bathroom are downstairs, fully equipped kitchen with dishes, coffee maker and toaster is upstairs. Porch with far sea view and pool view. You have to walk from the first bedroom through the second bedroom to get to the bathroom and outside.
 
Cottage
One bedroom Apartment with a king size bed. The living room offers an open kitchen with dishes, coffee maker and toaster and a sofa bed, which can be turned in a full bed for two persons. Living room is also air-conditioned.

Bedrooms / bathrooms:

All studios and bedrooms of the apartments have individually controlled air conditioning and TV with international channels. Each bathroom has hot and cold water.

Kitchen:

The tropical Restaurant with a big palapa roof has a unique Caribbean decoration and design. We serve local specialties like goat stew, beef stew, fish soup, Dradu fish and "funchi" the popular local cornmeal side dish on Curacao.

Other:

Cleaning and change of linen and towels is 1 x per week. All rooms are equipped with 3 times 2 bathroom towels per person. If you wish to get your room cleaned more often, please let us know and we arrange this for an extra charge.
In some rooms we can offer extra beds for children or extra persons, charge per night for extra bed is USD 15. Baby cribs are for rent for USD 5 per day.
The electricity and water is included in the room rates. The air-conditioning must be turned off when leaving the Apartment.
In the Resort wireless Internet is available free of charge.

Relax at the shimmering pool or take a 5 minute walk to Forti Beach to jump into the clear water of the Caribbean ocean. Curaçao is an island to explore, close by you find more beautiful Caribbean beaches and the Christoffel National Park. In the Resort you will also find a PADI Dive School who offers tanks, weights and everything to need to dive the colorful underwater world Curaçaos. 24 hour diving wherever you want.

Curacao underwater - Diving:
Diving in Curacao is easy, more than 80 dive sites invite you to explore the colorful underwater world Curacaos. And the best thing is that half of the spots you can reach directly from the beach. Just jump in your car, load the tanks and enjoy your diving freedom!
At Rancho El Sobrino Resort  we have a filling station for tanks where you can get as many tanks as you need. When you check in, you will get a key to the tank and locker room and you can enjoy 24/7 shore diving as you please.
Our partner is Ocean Encounters West. They operate a full service PADI Dive Center just 5 minutes driving at Playa Kalki where you can book additional boat diving, do courses or rent equipment.
