In a garden of 500 square metres, surrounded by 4 metre high bamboo, the elliptical pool (8 x 4 metres, can be illuminated) is located and surrounded by a terrace of natural stone inviting you to take a sunbath.The terrace for house and flat features a large dining area with built-in barbecue.Total living area approx. 130 square metres.

Ground floor (House): Entrance, living room with chimney, raised dining place, kitchen, shower/WC.
Upper floor:(House): 2 bedrooms, one of them with adjoining living room with a further sleep, bathroom/WC.
The integrable flat (approx. 30 sqm) with separate entrance consists of one bedroom with double bed, shower/WC and a cosy kitchen-cum-living room and a further sleep.
