Object Description

Finca S’Aigo has 25 ha. of land and is surrounded by almond and carob trees well as many other kinds of fruit trees to supply the hotel with fresh fruit. S’Aigo has 4 “”Cases de Pages” (farm houses), separate from each other and restored in the typical Majorquin style, each one of them ideal for a quiet, independent and peaceful holiday. “Es Pi” is for 4 people, “Es Garrover” for 8. All houses have an outdoor swimming-pool, large terraces, gardens and everything you may wish for an unforgettable holiday. Nature, tranquillity and warm and personal attention from the host Lluis Juliá and his family will make your holiday a very special one.

HOUSE ES PI: As the name indicates Es Pi ( pine tree in Mallorquin) is surrounded by pine trees and total tranquillity. It has 2 double rooms for four people with complete bathroom and an extra toilet, as well as a large living-dining room with a fire place, Satellite TV and a piano. There is also central heating and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a car park and a washing machine at the disposal of the guests. Es Pi has also a nice terrace with comfortable deck chairs to enjoy the sun, a barbecue and a swimming-pool.

HOUSE ES GARROVER: The house “Es Garrover” is surrounded by carob trees and all kinds of fruit trees to supply the hotel. It has a capacity for 8 people in 4 rooms. It is split in 2 floors. On the ground floor there are 3 double rooms, 2 complete bathrooms and a lavatory, a large living-dining room with Satellite TV, a fire place and a piano. Adjacent there is a small living room with a billiard table. On the ground floor there is also a fully equipped kitchen including a washing-up machine. On the first floor there is 1 double bedroom with a bathroom and a terrace with splendid views over the surrounding countryside. The house has central.heating for greater comfort in the winter. Outside there is a large terrace with a barbecue and a big swimming-pool surrounded by an attractive garden. Parking facilities and a washing machine are at the disposal of the clients.

Cala Varques beach - Located less than 10 minutes drive out of S'Aigo Portocristo direction is one of the most spectacular unspoiled beaches of the island. To enjoy a day of family silver or romantic getaway.
Cala Magraner - A 10 minute S'Aigo Portocristo direction, this is a beautiful natural bay, very popular among practitioners of climbing, since it has an impressive cliffs suitable for practicing this sport.
Es Trenc - One of the most visited beaches on the island, famous for its large expanse of white sand and clear water. A 30 minute S'Aigo.
