Object Description

The main-house and outbuildings have a total expanse of 450 m2, approximately 3000 m2 property-expanse. There are 8 bedrooms for 16 persons, 4 baths, a living room with open chimney and extensive Majorca-library, a great, perfectly equipped kitchen, a big pantry with three cooler and refrigerators, shelves and storage areas, two gardens with camp fire-place, hammocks to relax, a big pool (11 m length x 6 m width x 2,40 m depth), with baby-pool, trampoline, children slope, garden-furniture, many comfortable sunbath-day-beds, sun umbrellas, solar-shower with hot water. The life takes place in the kitchen or in the roofed, romantic guest-garden of the inner courtyard with torches, candles, (BBQ-Grill and Paella cooking ware available), and many garden-furniture. Parking places in the inner courtyard for up to 10 cars, the entire estate is enclosed (absolutely children-safe!). For the children there are lots of toys, swinger etc, TV, German SAT-Programme, Spanish TV, mini-safe, DVD and CD-Player, WLAN-WIFI-Internet and free phone in your home country!
 The finca-chalet can be rented also by small groups up to 6 persons with a limited number of sleeping rooms for the half price (!!!!).  

Conditions:
All current overheads like power, gas, waste disposal, water, heating, pool-maintenance, air-conditioning cold/warm, central-heating are included in the rent. High Speed Internet Access ADSL 6 MB/sec. with WLAN-Repeater and free telephone service in your home country over our VOIP-website with your own laptop. The end-cleaning will cost 300,-- Euro for the entire estate, 500,-- Euro are to be deposited as safety deposit.

Airport Palma de Mallorca, then with rental car (very small prices when you book over internet) or with the taxi for 30 Euro to our house.
