Location and surroundings:

The finca is centrally located in the south of Majorca in a quiet, rural setting, surrounded by a varied landscape with Majorcan almond tree groves, carob trees and pine forests. A natural way out of the road goes to the natural stone walled country house, situated on a 30,000 m² site. 5 minutes to Llucmajor. Here you will find shops and everything you need during your holidays. 10 minutes to the golf courses Son Antem I and II. 10 minutes to the marinas S'Estanyol and Sa Rápita with its restaurants. 12 minutes to the famous natural beach, "Es Trenc." 15 minutes to the airport, 20 minutes to the old town Palma.

Getting there

Exit the airport via the motorway in the direction of Santanyi (not Palma!)
Take the motorway to exit 26, (Llucmajor / Porreres / S 'Estanyol)
The motorway exit and follow the signs towards S'Estanyol
Look for the milestone "3".
Shortly after branching to the left with two paths from green name tags.
Turn off dirt in the "Camí de Son Ferretjans".

Right out of the estate there is the popular network of cycle paths. Around Llucmajor there are 2 golf courses, golf academy, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, spa, riding areas, diverse biking trails, hiking very good athletic conditions. Marinas such as Arenal, Sat Estanyol Rapita and are also only 10 to 15 minutes away by car. Palma can be reached within 20 minutes and can therefore in no time, the international tender in the form of art, culture, sports, gastronomy, monuments, shopping with a high recreational value.
