Object Description

The apartment house with 5 apartments and swimming pool in a beautiful, quiet residential area above Tarajalejo overlooking the city and the sea in the southeast of the island of Fuerteventura.
The five suites offer a living area of about 35 - 45 sqm and are divided into 3 apartments with 1 bedroom for 1 - 2 persons and 2 apartments with 2 bedrooms for 2 each - 4. Each apartment has a private terrace with garden furniture (barbecue is equipped allgemeinbenutzung).
The apartments feature a living room with kitchen, equipped with 4 rings gas stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and enough utensils sufficient and good. The living area was small with a cozy sofa, dining table and chairs and satellite TV (radio reception even on TV) set.
Furthermore, the apartments for 1 - 2 bedrooms with one double bed (1,80 x 1,60 m-end mattress) and a bathroom with shower basin and toilet. The sun terrace by the pool offers sun beds and cushions.

On request a cot will be provided, the use of the washing machine is available for a fee of 3 EUR. The owner is the operator of a dive, the approximately 3 minute walk away.
An Internet connection is wireless LAN in the house. In the House, the following activities are recorded: Ayureveda and wellness, massage, jeep tours, hiking, surfing with the body board, Nordic Walking, swimming lessons for children and adults, diving, catamaran rental & courses directly on the beach. All tours are guided.

Location and surroundings:

Here in Tarajalejo can still taste the real atmosphere of a fishing village, because this place is with his natural beach, some fishing boats and traditional Canarian atmosphere is still very original. In the village there is a large supermarket, small boutiques, bars and restaurants with mostly delicious Canarian cuisine. The beach of Tarajalejo is about 3 km long, 30 - 50 m wide and consists of dark sand with pebbles. Children can safely go into the water because the beach is gently sloping and partly reassured by the surf rock.

Getting there

45 km from the airport, Puerto del Rosario in the direction of Morro Jable is Tarajalejo. Tarajalejo exit (roundabout) turn right, then up to the white walls gat (50 m) and follow through the gate on the left, straight road, then turn first right turn, straight ahead and just before the first left at the corner is Casa Tamarco. The beach of Tarajalejo is about 3 km long, 30-50 m wide and consists of dark sand with pebbles. The beach slope is flat, the surf is partially shielded by rocks. Children can safely go into the water.
