The only really big villa in the Playa de Palma "for 14 people with numerous amenities such as private pool, BBQ with outdoor kitchen and bar, 300 m2 terraces, kitchen, living room, etc. - only 200 meters from the famous sandy beach of Playa de Palma. It is a calm and very privileged location in the quiet residential area called "Las Maravillas" in Palma de Mallorca. The luxury-home-style vacation home has seven doublebedrooms and four bathrooms, kitchen, private pool and spacious sun terraces and a BBQ-grill-bar is in its fourth sea line with four minutes to 6 km long sandy beach of the famous "Playa de Palma".
All running costs such as electricity, gas, waste management, water, heating, pool maintenance, air conditioning, central heating are included in the rent. The wireless high speed internet access ADSL 6 MB / sec. and free unlimited calls to your home through our VOIP page with your own laptop is possible.
The final cleaning costs 300 euros for the entire property, as security deposit for damage liability insurance are only 500 Euro instead of 1000 euro deposit. The security deposit will be returned after the final cleaning and inspection by the cleaning staff to your bank account within a week. A damage insurance in the amount of 10 euros per person per vacation stay is strongly recommended.
New service for small groups or small family vacationers: For groups of 2 to 6 people, we give you a special discount of 20 - 50% on the rents, if you are not the entire property, namely use of all bedrooms.
