Interior architectural elements such as stone arches, massive give the estate a unique charm. From all the rooms on the ground floor you have access to the various terraces around the house.

Bedrooms / bathrooms:

Upstairs are three bedrooms and a large bathroom. The high-quality interior of the ground floor is made here on seamlessly. The bedrooms are very spacious and each have direct access to the balcony with vision in the hilly area and to the sea. All rooms are equipped with large fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a waterbed, the "small" bedroom has two single beds and the "guest room" is a double bed.
The large bathroom has a hairdryer, towels, bath towels and bathroom scales, two heated towel rails, a double sink and is equipped with a shower toilet, where there is a Jacuzzi and a spacious shower experience. Both bathrooms have a wonderful view of the surrounding landscape.

San Lorenzo is an independent municipality. The village lies on the road between Manacor and Arta. It is probably the area the largest municipality of the island. It extends to the sea. A part of Cala Millor politically part of San Lorenzo.
