The large, well-equipped kitchen has a small dining table and then the washroom. Kitchen: 4 Cerranfeld plates, electric oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, etc..

Outside:

The well-tended garden with a large pool is shared with the other house residents. On the roof there are exclusive to this apartment with a huge "solarium".
