The villa is built in 2000 on a small hill surrounded by vineyards, on the outskirts of the romantic town of Cogolin on a 500 m² plot. The beaches of Port-Grimaud is about 3 km. The highlight of the region, the thriving coastal town of St. Tropez can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. The house is located in a small plant.
