Object Description

In our renovated farmhouse at the foot of the Pyrenees, we offer a very quiet area a bright spacious apartment with swimming pool use (10 x 15 m). The apartment includes a private garden area with terrace, barbecue and garden furniture and a parking space for your vehicle. The ground floor comprises a large living room (with sofa bed), a corridor, a storage room and bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, one with views of the Pyrenees. The apartment can accommodate 5 persons. We put emphasis on a caring ecological renovation, all rooms are renovated with clay plaster and painted with natural colors. For this reason, we invite our guests, just outside of the house eg to smoke while comfortably sitting together on the terrace.

In the basement a large room with kitchen, sofa with table and TV, large dining table with chairs and a fireplace. Corridor with wardrobe, mirror, shoe rack, a storage room.

The second floor two spacious bedrooms, one with double bed and one with three 3 single beds. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine.

Kitchen:

4 ring gas cooker, fridge with freezer, sink, ect.

Outside:

Garden (560 sqm), terrace with garden furniture, sunbeds, barbecue. In July / August there is a large wading pool for your children (4.5 x 6 m).

Other:

Our large house is located in a very quiet rural location, there is no road noise or the like. When you come back after a long, eventful day, you can put here on your patio and enjoy the rest with a nice glass of wine or beer. Garden furniture, chairs, barbecue at your disposal, just as our 2011 newly added swimming pool (15 x 10 m), located on the premises shared with us. In addition, our guests always praise the many space that is available to you, both in the house with its large bright rooms and outdoors. You have 27 000 square meters of land around them.

Location and surroundings:

The small village is located in Libaros Hautes Pyrenees. The property is free standing in a secluded location to 2.7 h, about 3 kilometers from the village core. From here you can see the Pyrenean chain. The nearest neighbor is 200 meters away. The area is characterized by rolling hills, fields and forest edges, and the Lac de Puydarrieux 1 km away, which is designated as a nature reserve for migratory birds. There is also a fishing. Enjoy your holiday without the noise and pollution.
