Object Description

This very beautiful, very tasteful and well-furnished villa with spectacular sea views in 2009 was extensively renovated and totally refurbished. It is located in a quiet location on the slope of the protected valley, "Le Dattier" hidden 2 kilometers west of Cavalaire is located on the coast.

Rented the main house. In the adjacent building next door is a Gardienne apartment in the summer by a member of the family owner occupied, so that security is always someone on site can be reached. In addition to the basement of the house there are also two other very nice room with two bathrooms, kitchen and balcony-terrace, the request to add a surcharge can be rented.

On the main level of the main house are the living room with fireplace, flat screen on satellite TV and DVD, fully equipped kitchen (with gas cooker, dishwasher, freezer, 1 additional drinks fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer, coffee maker, toaster, a large dining table and much more) and the large, partially covered terrace to be found.

On the upper level of the main house are 4 bedrooms with 4 baths. 2 bedrooms have a balcony or roof terrace. In the outdoor area there is the partly covered terrace with dining area and the pool area with sofas and couches. The pool has a counter current system.

Who looks Mediterranean idyll and yet the pulsating life in and around Saint Tropez to enjoy, you can here a very nice holiday.
