Cosy pension/room letting in calmer position of Asprovalta, only 400m to the beach, to Asprovalta - center approx. 2,5km. The pension  has 10 living units, which everyone has its own acces. 1x Laundry and towel change 2x per week.  Astra Sat TV in the rooms.

Appartment 1A (max. 3 Persons ): 1 double bed 1,30 m  wide and 1 single bed suitable for 2 adults and 1 child - 15 sqm.
Appartment 1B (max. 4 Persons): 2 double bed 1,30 m wide suitable for 2 adults and 2 child or 3 adults- 16 sqm.

Equipment of the apartments 1: large balcony, garden furniture, parasol, tiled floors, mirror desk, bedside tables, wardrobe, table, chairs,  kitchenette, (it is possible to prepare breakfast and snacks), refrigerator, china cabinet with standard equipment, shower / toilet.

Appartment 2 ( max. 4 Persons):  The 2 room apartment is suitable for max 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The big 27sqm apartment has 2 rooms. One room has a double bed the other room has a single bed and a folding sofa.

Location and surroundings:

Around the house there are small single-family homes, which are used mainly in summer. In about 500 meters there are three supermarkets, two butchers and taverns with live music on weekends. The beach is about 400 to 500 meters, where there is also a pizzeria and a beach with shower and toilet. The town center is about 2500 meters. Bus stop is 200 meters from the house.

- Amfipoli ( 12 km ) is an ancient town, built in th e5th Century b.c. It was a rest station for the travelers of the via Egnatia.
- The lion of Amfipoli ( 10 km ) is situated near the river Strymon. The lion built the Romes in the 3rd Century b.c..
- Philipi ( 76 km ) was built 3000 years ago. It was one of the biggest cities in the old Greek-Macedonia.
- The church Agios Georgios ( 6 km ) is the distinctive sign of Asprovalta. The church is situated on theMount Kerdilion.
