Object Description

We offer you rental of two houses on Greek Island of Crete.Houses are situated in north-west of Crete, 6 km far from Chania city. Houses are situated in authentic Pano Stalos village, where you can enjoy rest, well-being, and real Crete’s atmosphere.  Due to vertical distance, you can see marvelous panoramic view of the whole seaside.

Two stone houses „Vera“, „Anna“ with swimming pools:
The houses are situated on the side of a hill. You get to the upper house Anna, by driving up he road. The second house Vera is being reached by walking down the stairs from Anna . A panoramatic view over the sea can be enjoyed from all spots, even the lowest, which is the swimmingpool.
Description of Vera and Anna:
Each house has 4 rooms, which are arranged fashionably.
Groundfloor: livingroom, a kitchen corner and a dining place, shower and toilet, exit to the terrace.
2nd Floor: 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a toilet.

House Vera ... 140 square meters, max 6 - 8 persons
Pets and animals are not allowed.

It is only 2 km far from the coastal resort Stalos, one of the three resorts, which is the most touristic of west Crete. The same as resorts like Agia Marina and Platanias, also Stalos offers everything, what sea and entertainment lovers can imagine. Lovely long beach with fine-grained sand, taverns, comfortable nightlife or various shops – all is available in unlimited resort.
Due to its location Stalos is a good point of departure with possibility of many exciting trips to see sights or nature interests – many inland villages, lovely city Chania, beaches of Gramvousa, Flasarna or Elafonisos, White Mountains, mountain pass

Getting there

Access to Crete:
Crete can be reached by ship or by plane. Most european airports have direct connections to Chanie or Heraklion on the island of Crete. There are daily ferryboats from Pireas near Athens to Chanie or Herakleion.
Access to the homes:
Follow the coaststreet from Chania in direction to Stalos, Ag. Marina, Platanias. After 6 km you reach Kato Stalos. Turn left on the level of the restaurant Maria and go in direction to Pano Stalos. Once you'll arrive to pano Stalos, turn right by Tavern and MINImarket. Just after 20 meters turn right again. Go straight passing church and then after 50 meters you can see moveable green gate and ochry villa. Second villa is under the upper one, so it's not visible from the road. Please take church as a main orientation point.

With regard to their situation, the summer resort offers Stalos as favorable to the basic point with the possibility of the many interesting excursions to the monuments and scientific attractions, many domestic villages, beautiful city of Chania, beaches Gramvousa, Flasarna or Elafonisos, White Mountains, the gorge of Samaria ...
