Location and surroundings:

Tylissos Beach Hotel is situated at the outskirts of Ierapetra, on the beautifull sandy beach of Agios Andreas. In a walking distance of 20 minutes to the north is the traditional village of Vainia, 30 minutes northwest is the village of Kentri. Next villages in a distance not fare than 8 km you find the original Cretan vilages of Kato Xorio, Pano Xorio, Episkopi, Graligia and some km farer the village Mirtos. Smouth mountains clolorfull of the locan trees and plants, small paths could drive you in unfogetable trips between the smeling local wild plants, mainly medical plants or used for local drinks.

Getting there

Direct fligths to Heraklion airport, 94km or Sitia airport 35km. Buses or taxi then can drive you to the hotel with a low charge. You could also arrive via port of Pireaus to Heraklion. Luxury feries deparure every some hours offering a low cost cruise for you and cheap freigth for yout car.

Sport, Activities and Attractions

Besides the hotel, 50 meters operates HORSE Riding School, you could take lessons or ride a horse alone or with teacher. At the same place there is also tennis court with teachers and some wild animals.
