Object Description

Villa Lena is situated in the middle of Podgora between picturesque yacht port of Podgora and the beach, with view on the whole bay. In the front of the house there is a monument of Don Mihovil Pavlinovic, the leader of the croatian national movement in the 19th century. The next beach is 150 meters far away and parking,restaurants, shops, telephone, taxi and bus station are close to house. Swiming in front of house is possible, too. The apartments are modern and full equiped, so you don't have to take anything else with you than beach towels. It consists of 3 appartments for 2-4 persons . Modern kitchen equipment with dish wash mashine. Air condition and SAT TV are free of charge. Barbeque place behind house can be used.

Apartment 1 is on the first floor with balcony with a view on beach and yacht port. It consists of Bathroom,Room with king size bed and Living room with kitchen. The sofa in the living room can be expended so apartment can be occupied to 4 persons. The prices range depend on number of persons so please contact us.

Apartment 2 is on the secnd floor with balcony with a view on beach and yacht port. It consists of Bathroom,Room with king size bed and Living room with kitchen. Apartment 3 (new building):
Apartment 3 is situated on the first floor of the new building behind old house (Apartment 1 and 2). Barbeque place on the ground floor in front can be used to organize parties.Apartment consists of bathroom, kitchen with living room, bedroom and balcony. In the living room there is a sofa which can be expended in double bed. So it is possible to accomodate till 4 persons.

Podgora is situated 65 km southeast of Split and 150 km northwest of Dubrovnik, on the slopes of the Biokovo Mountain in the middle of the Makarska Riviera. Villa Lena is situated in the middle of the village between picturesque yacht port of Podgora and the beach,with view on the whole bay, the beach, yacht port and promenade. Getting there

Easiest way to get to Podgora is by plane over Split airport . There you can rent a car or take a bus. The distance to airport is 75 kilometers. If you want to travell on your own, distance from Zagreb or Rijeka is about 450 kilometers, or 990 kilometers from Munich. Coming from the west Europe you can enjoy new highway from Zagreb to Split. The route is: Zagreb - Karlovac - Bosiljevo - Zadar - Sibenik - Sestanovac - Makarska.

The nature park Biokovo (1762m) offers possibilities for mountain biking, climbing and hiking.
