Nice, family friendly and modern terraced house "Luka" was built 1994,fully renovated 2005.
It is a 3 bedroom house for 6 people with additional extended bed in daily room for 2 person, 140 sqm living space on 2 levels, modern and cozy furniture. The house has covered balcony (12 sqm) and uncovered balcony (10 sqm) on the first floor. The covered terrace ( 13 sqm) is in the front of daily room on the ground floor. The backyard patio (100 sqm) is consists of garden, barbecue and it is safe place for children play.

(37 sqm together with kitchen ) with a triple sofa which is extendable and suitable as a bed for 2 additional person, 2 armchair, coffee table, TV with equipment.Dinning table for 8 person.

BEDROOM - The biggest bedroom(15 sqm) has access to its own balcony. One of the other two bedrooms (11 sqm each) has access to the other balcony. The 3rd. bedroom 11 sqm. Each bedroom has a double comfortable bed (200 Cm x 160). All bedrooms are on the 1st.floor.
BATHROOMS - Ground floor bathroom (3,5 sqm) with a shower and WC. First floor bathroom (7,5 sqm) with a WC,shower and tub, wash machine.

Kitchen:

With 4 hot ceramic plates, microwave,oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge and deep freezer
PANTRY - There are 2 pantries by the kitchen (total 6 sqm)

BALCONY & TERRACE - The house has covered balcony (12 sqm) and uncovered balcony (10 sqm) on the first floor. The covered terrace ( 13 sqm) is in the  front of daily room on the ground floor.
BACKYARD - The backyard patio (100 sqm) is consists of garden (fresh vegetables for guests), barbecue and it is safe place for children play (fenced)

We offering fishing or touristic trip with our own 10 m boat for 8 person, and we renting a berth if you have your own boat.

The house is located in the center of the Banjole village, in the district of Istria,Medulin Riviera.It is in the quiet,sunny position at the edge of the park,in a residential area, 6 Km far away from the center oft he town Pula. Medulin Riviera which is touristic region where you can find hundreds of clean beaches which can satisfy all generation.(sand,rocks pebble).The house is close to the sea, just few minutes by car. In Banjole you can enjoy using many restaurants,play tennis,use bicycle. Diving center is very close, by the beach. If you like discotheque, live music, horse riding, cultural manifestations – all you can find in this area.

Getting there

You can arrival in Pula, by plane,by train,by bus and by your own car. In any case we are ready to wait you on designated place and lead you to the house.If you want to come without leading by your own car,on the highway follow direction Pula – Medulin. After the exit from the highway follow direction Premantura. Once you pass by Gas Station (only one on this road) turn right and after 1 Km you will arrival into he center of Banjole. It is easy to find the house from there are, just following the house address , Dvorine 51.
