The house is located in the seaside settlement of Southern Italy, Apuglia, San Pietro in Bevagna, Urmo Belsito, on the Ionic Sea. The villa is unfar the sandy beaches.
Your accommodation:
The house was completely remodernised to a high standard in 2007. The 100 sqm villa has all the modern conveniences, including a 24 hour supply of drinking water which is unusual in this area. Additionally the house is connected to gas supply, so there is no need to worry about the changing or collection of gas canisters.

Also CD & DVD equipment, all windows & doors are new, double-glazed thermo, fly screens are openable and all windows and doors have adjustable shutters. The plumbing and electrical supply are fitted to German standards.
Inclusive in the price are a all water supply, security and garden care, locked parking space for one car, additional shower outside with warm and cold water, outside grill facility, garden- and terrace furniture, sun umbrella for the beach, childrens books, alarm system with radio control, ventilators, 2 bicycles, iron and ironboard, vacuum-cleaner, clotheshorse.
We regret that pets are not permitted & smoking in the house is strictly forbidden.

For instance, the area has beautiful, unspoilt, sandy beaches which can easily be compared with the Caribbean. The Ionic Sea offers crystal-clear waters, refreshing sea air and it’s soft, sandy beaches offer ample opportunity for bathing and sun-bathing. Many water sports are also available in some areas, but not motorboats or jet-skis.
Not far away are the historic towns of Gallipoli, Lecce and Alberobello, Locorotondo, Brindisi, Porto Cesareo, Manduria, of which some are Unesco World Heritage sites. In the region also are many small fishing villages.
