Object Description

Our goal is to offer excellent quality, style and comfort at a fair price. Thus we have furnished our cottage Alberetino, and the two appartments Il Giardino and La Terrazza, in a classic style: Antique Tuscan furniture, open fireplaces, ancient carpets and beautiful tableware contribute to a pleasant stay. Where one expects modern amenities, however, for example in the bathroom or the kitchen, you will find yourself at home. Indeed, Albereto even features a carport. You also will find the simple things which add up to an unforgettable stay. Upon arrival, you will find a bouquet of flowers in your lodging and will be greeted with a three course dinner complete with good Chianti wine. All three lodgings (Albertino, Il Giardino & La Terrazza) have spacious gardens with plenty of chairs and tables to relax. Umbrellas offer you a shady place to rest.

Cottage Alberetino:

Alberetino:
The stone cottage Alberetino is located approximately 100 yards from the main building Albereto. It is a separate house with two huge rooms and a total space of 72 sqm. It is surrounded by a very stylish garden and is attached to a romantic olive grove. Four people can stay at Alberetino. The spacious living room features an open fireplace. Moreover, for your convenience you will find a satellite TV, including some English channels, a stereo with CD-player, and a radio. The house has its own central heating system. The luxurious kitchen is fully equipped with all modern amenities. There is, among other things, a dish washer, a washing machine, a gas oven, a stove with four burners, a fridge and various electric kitchen utensils. Upon request, we can provide you with a microwave. The elegant bathroom features marble and is equipped with bathtub, shower, bidet, and toilet. For your convenience, you can find a cosmetic mirror, hair dryer, bathrobes and a large selection of fluffy towels. he huge sleeping room features a large antique double bed. A spacious antique closet provides sufficient room for your personal belongings and clothes. Moreover, there is a cosy attic which can be reached with a telescopic ladder which has two smaller beds. Alberetino has two private terraces from which you have a perfect view over the valley of the river Arno and a nearby monastery, Poggerina. Moreover, you will find a private garden with beautiful flowers and trees. There, a barbeque, deck-chairs and an umbrella invite you to relax. Also, there are Tuscan herbs which can be used for cooking. You are also invited to safely park your car in your personal carport, which is within walking distance from the stone cottage.

Apartment Il Giardino:

Il Giardino:
The two and half room apartment Il Giardino is located on the top floor of our stone cottage. It can be reached through a separate entrance. The apartment is approximately 62 sqm and provides room for three people. The apartment’s spacey living room features an open fireplace. In the living room is also a crouch and a dining table. Moreover, for your convenience you will find a satellite TV, including some English channels, a stereo with CD-player and a radio. The kitchen, hidden behind a wall unit, is fully equipped with a gas oven, a stove with four burners, a fridge and various other electric appliances. Upon request, we can provide you with a microwave. The elegant bathroom features marble and is equipped with bathtub, shower, bidet, and toilet. For your convenience, you can find a cosmetic mirror, hair dryer, bathrobes and a large selection of fluffy towels. Guests also have access to a washing machine at low cost. The rustic sleeping room features a large double bed. A spacious closet provides sufficient room for your personal belongings and clothes. In the living room there is also a couch big and cosy enough for one person to sleep on. Il Giardino has its own terrace from which you have a perfect view over the valley of the river Arno. Moreover, you will find a private garden with beautiful flowers and trees. There, a barbeque, deck-chairs and an umbrella invite you to relax. Also, there are Tuscan herbs which can be used for cooking. You are invited to safely park your car in your personal carport, which is within walking distance from the apartment.

Apartment La Terrazza:

La Terrazza:
The apartment La Terrazza is located in a wing of our stone cottage Albereto. It can be reached through a separate entrance. The two room apartment is approximately 52 sqm and has a covered patio of over 16 sqm. The apartment can lodge two persons. La Terrazza features an open fireplace. For your convenience you will find a satellite TV, including some English channels. In the living room there is also a couch big and cosy enough for one person to sleep on. The spacious room is furnished with two antique closets, a beautiful armoire for tablecloth and crockery, and a closet. Near the sleeping room is a small room with a bed, cosy enough for two persons to sleep on. The kitchen is located in an extra room and is equipped as follows: gas oven, stove with four burners, fridge, dish washer, and various other appliances. Upon request, we can provide you with a microwave. The small bathroom is equipped with shower and toilet. For your convenience, you can find a cosmetic mirror, hair dryer, bath robes and a large selection of fluffy towels. Guests also have access to a washing machine at low cost. La Terrazza has a spacious patio with a beautiful view over the valley of the river Arno. Moreover, you will find a private garden with beautiful flowers and trees. There, a barbeque, deck-chairs and an umbrella invite you to relax. Also, there are Tuscan herbs which can be used for cooking. You are invited to safely park your car in your personal carport, which is within walking distance from the apartment.

The Azienda Agricola Albereto, a natural stone cottage, lies on a hill in the heart of Tuscany, surrounded by Cyprus trees, olive groves and vineyards. The beautiful panoramic view goes eastwards towards the Arno valley and the mountains of Pratomago. The Albereto was first mentioned in the land register in 1427. Despite several renovations and enlargements the cottages original Tuscan architecture and rustic charm have been preserved. Additionally, the Albereto is a working farm. We make a very tasty Extra vergine olive oil and grow fruits and vegetables.: The surroundings are full of history. Greve in Chianti, a nearby town, was home to the well known explorers Amerigo Vespucci and Giovanni da Verazzano. Vinci and Caprese the birthplaces of Leonardo da Vinci and Michelangelo Buonarotti, are a short drive away. When in Albereto, you will find peace and tranquility in a very private atmosphere. Beautiful mountain biking and hiking trails. A tennis court is located four kilometers away and you can play golf in the twelve miles away Club Ugolino, one of the finest golf resorts in Italy.
