In the large cosy living room with a real open fire, you can enjoy Italian wine and relax. Location and surroundings:

Bucolic location in the middle of green wineyards, in a quiet residential area, the house is conveniently located for many attractive destinations for day trips: PADUA and his GIOTTO' paintings, VENICE, VICENZA and his PALLADIO ' s architecture, VERONA and his ARENA, on hot summer days you might like to have a refreshing bathe in cool waters,you can reach LAKE GARDA or the ADRIATIC SEA.

Getting there

Journey via Brenner:
Drive from Brenner to Verona on the A22 motorway, after 227 km (Verona) take the A4 towards Venice. After a further 70 km, passing Vicenza, take the exit at Grisignano di Zocco. Turn right towards Vicenza (SS 11); after 300 m turn left in the direction of Montegalda / Cervarese. After 4 km pass Montegalda keeping in the direction of Montegaldella / Cervarese where after 2.5 km you will pass Cervarese keeping in the direction of Fossona. After 3 km, at the traffic lights, turn right heading towards Bastia di Rovolon, after a further 3 km enter the village and Via Giovanni XXIII is on the right.

From Venice airport: rent a car and take the A4 towards Milan. You will pass Padua and then reach the Grisignano di Zocco exit (altogether approximately 50 km). See the above instructions for the further route.

From Treviso airport: rent a car and take the A27 motorway (there is only this one) in the direction of Venice, after 20 km turn right onto the A4 in the direction of Milan, drive for a further 50 km passing Padua and then take the Grisignano di Zocco exit. See above for further directions.

If you travel by train, just go till Padua, then you can rent a car in front of the railways station and ask for direction to "Colli Euganei", Take with you a map it will be easier for you to sort out Bastia di Rovolon, it s about 30 minutes by car.

Sport, Activities and Attractions

The beach is 1 hour away and you can choose either Garda Lake or Adriatic Sea. (see above or my website for full description)
The house can be suitable for children or older people, but car is mandatory because the public service is not very flexible out than to reach Padua.

Swimming in the several Swimming-pools that are located in the termal hill area, then cycling, jogging, etc. Skiing is possible, to reach the closest skiing resorts it takes 1 hour. It is possible to ski even in the summer but only at the glacier Marmolada on the Dolomites, approximately 200 km by far, say 2 hours.

Prices are for the property per week in Euro, are valid for 2 persons, additional person 30 € per week.
Towels and bed linen upon request, eventually 10 Euro per person/week. Maid cleaning service can be provided upon request in case of long stay.
Heating: from October till April when the heating is on, there is an additional surcharge to be agreed (could be round 70 Euro/week)
