From the covered porch you have a wonderful view of the Mediterranean gardens. The interior is attractive and comfortable in the Italian style. Satellite TV, washing machine, fridge / freezer and coffee maker are available. On the enclosed property 2 cars can be parked.

The apartment on the 1st Floor (130 sqm) has a living room with sofa bed, a dining room with access to approximately 15 m² sun terrace, 2 large bedrooms and a small room with single bed, 2 large bathrooms and kitchen and is comfortably furnished with satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge / freezer and coffee machine. The apartment is accessed via a separate entrance and a separate entrance. 2 parking spaces are located on the enclosed property. An outside staircase very large sun roof terrace can be reached with a beautiful panoramic view.

Near the house there is also the nature reserve "Tor Caldara. The station is about 2 km from the house. The center of Anzio, about 4 km, from Nettuno about 5 km from the house. An express train runs several times a day to Rome, the journey takes about 50 minutes to the railway station "Stazione Termini", a day ticket for the outward and return journeys and the use of all public transport in Rome will cost about € 8, - per person. Horse riding, golf and tennis are just some of the many sports facilities in the area.
