Residence Marsa Sicla

The Marsa Siclà Residence is composed of 82 apartments in two storey detached houses, each one with a panoramic covered veranda and a private garden.
The apartments are divided as follows: 10 1-bedroom apartments, 38 two-bedroom flats, 6 two-bedroom deluxe apartments, 16 three-bedroom apartments, 12 three-bedroom apartments de luxe.
Inside the residence there are sports facilities, swimming pool and solarium and a Club House. In the big swimming-pool there are 2 Olympian measure alleys (50m), areas for relaxing, for fun and for our young guests, a wellness center with Talassospace, sauna, steam bath and cabins for massages and customized "treatments." Children's playground. In the Club house there are the common facilities: a pizzeria/restaurant, a bar connected with the large solarium pool area, the residence reception with the excursion service and a small bazaar, a living-room, a card-playing room, a conversation room, a mini-market and a music area in the central patio. Annexed to the Club House there is the lodging of the guardian.

The Residence:

The Marsa Siclà Residence is composed by 25 detached houses for the apartments, by the Club House and by the collective facilities which include two large swimming-pools, a volley court in resiplast and two bowl courts. The whole area is also covered with collective green health paths, vielle and parking lots, and it is linked to the beach through a private road. The concept that inspired the architectural features of the residence is that of the “Mediterraneity” which means an ideal embrace of all the cultures in touch through the “Mare Nostrum”. From the nearby northern Africa, that suggested the choice of the external wall painting, were borrowed the "dammuso” shingles, also typical of the architecture of Pantelleria, Arabic heritage which is present throughout the Sicilian architectural technique. Also the handmade cotta decorations and the forms the columns that hold up the pergolas reinforce the concept of an architecture which is common to all the countries of the Mediterranean basin.

The Clubhouse:

The Club House includes: a pizzeria/restaurant, a bar connected with the large solarium pool area, the residence reception with the excursion service and a small bazaar, a living-room, a card-playing room, a conversation room, a mini-market and a music area in the central patio. Annexed to the Club House there is the lodging of the guardian.

Swimmingpool:

In the big swimming-pool there are 2 Olympian measure alleys (50m), areas for relaxing, for fun and for our young guests.

The beach:

It is a sea characterized by extremely fine white sand, on which it is extremely pleasant to have long walks and, and also by the low bottoms that make it a safe sea even for inexperienced swimmers.

The one-room apartment:

The one-room apartment is of 30 square metres, plus a 15 square metres covered veranda and a large private garden. It is equipped with: a davenport, a two-door closet, a satellite TV corner, two-person table, kitchen with 4 fire points and oven (double sink, drainer, drawers and hanging cabinets, refrigerator and freezer), laundry corner with a washing machine and a wash basin. Outside there are a four-person table, a parasol and a lawn chair. The apartment’s equipment is of an adequate standard.

The two-room apartment:

The two-room apartment is of 50 square metres, plus a 15 square metres covered veranda, two wide balconies and a wide private garden. It is composed by a double bedroom with a third bed, a living room with a davenport and a satellite TV corner, a four-person table, kitchen equipped with four fire points and oven (double sink, drainer, drawers and hanging cabinets, refrigerator and freezer), laundry corner with a washing machine and a wash basin. Outside there are a four-person table, a parasol and a lawn chair. The apartment’s equipment is of an adequate standard.

The two-room apartment De Luxe is of 75 square meters and has one double bedroom, one bathroom, laundry corner, living-room with a davenport,  kitchen with dishwasher, covered veranda equipped with table and chairs, wide private garden and entrance.

The three-room apartment:

The three-room apartment is of 80 square metres, plus two 25 square metres covered verandas and two wide private garden areas. It is composed by two double bedrooms with a third bed, a living-room equipped with a davenport, a library with a satellite TV and a six-person table, a kitchen equipped with four fire points and oven (double sink, drainer, drawers and hanging cabinets, refrigerator and freezer), laundry corner with a washing machine and a wash basin. Outside there are a six-person table, a parasol and lawn chairs. The apartment’s equipment is of an adequate standard.

The three-room apartment De Luxe is of 80 square meters and has two double bedrooms, one bathroom in the common area and one bathroom inside one of the bedrooms, one living-room with davenport, and kitchenette, laundry corner, covered veranda equipped with table and chairs, wide private garden and entrance.

Location and surroundings:

The area where the Marsa Siclà Residence is, is situated in the county of Torre Samuele, in the territory of the town of Scicli, in the province of Ragusa, and it is only visible from inside the lot itself, which confers it a sort of natural “privacy”. It borders on its North side with the Pozzallo – Sampieri railway, on the West with green areas, on the South-East with lands of property of the Sampieri limited reliable co. where the Village-hotel “Baia Samuele” is located. The access to the lot is a small private street, behind the provincial Pozzallo – Sampieri street.

From the resort are the most beautiful places of Sicily, within easy reach. In the complex itself is a tour office, like the maps and information about the culture of Sicily, and even individual and group tours in the following cities organized: Modica, Ragusa Ibla, Scicli, Noto, Syracuse, Agrigento, Piazza Armerina, Caltagirone, Taormina, Etna. From Pozzallo (4 km from the plant) take 3-times weekly ferry to Malta, and there are day trips with tour organized.
