Bella Vista is a detached house and is very quiet near the Italian neighbors. From the little garden with its shady pergola you have a view of Lake Bolsena, which makes the name of Bella Vista, all honor. The house is situated on the edge of Montefiascone, very quiet, high above Lake Bolsena. (Agriculture and fishing) The walk to the nearest bus stop is five minutes. Montefiascone the place can be reached in 20 minutes on foot, Lake Bolsena, past vineyards, olive groves and vegetable fields in 30 minutes. Our guests have a fenced private grounds with olive trees and hazelnut trees on the shores of Lake Bolsena available.

2) Highway Florence / Rome, exit Orvieto 30 Km Montefiascone, 3) By train to Florence Places to Montefiascone / Zepponami.
