Object Description

Our apartments are located in a quiet area right in the village of Gossensaß. Nearby there are several bars and restaurants. The apartments have 2-7 beds and are comfortable and functional: with kitchen, balcony, Digital TV, Wi-Fi, private parking, 2 bicycles, Finnish sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin, whirlpool, solarium, indoor swimming pool and communal washing machine. You are welcome to bring your small pets.

APARTMENT 1 (GROUND FLOOR): It consists of a bedroom with a double and a single bed, a living room with two convertible beds, a small kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Surface area: 45 m² for 3-5 persons.
APARTMENT 2 (1st PARTERRE) & APARTMENT 3 (1st FLOOR): It consists of a bedroom with a double and a single bed, a large living room with double bed in the cupboard and single bed, a kitchen and a bathroom with bath. A balcony is available. Surface area: 72 m² for 4-6 persons.
APARTMENT 4 (1st FLOOR): It consists of a bedroom with double and single bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a kitchen, a living room with double sofa bed and two bathrooms with shower. Surface area: 89 m² for 5-7 persons.
APARTMENT 5 (2nd FLOOR): There is an attic apartment. It consists of a bedroom with three beds, a living room with a conversion bed, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. A small balcony is available. Surface area: 42 m² for 2-4 persons.
APARTMENT 6 (2nd FLOOR): It has a living room with two single beds (they can also be pushed together for double bed) and a conversion bed, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. A small terrace in wood is present. Surface area: 29 m² for 2-3 persons.

We are in the village of Gossensass (800 inhabitants) to 1,100 m above sea level, a small village in the northern part of South Tyrol. We have guests in summer than in winter, which can enjoy an extensive range of leisure activities: hiking and mountain climbing opportunities, many destinations, several ski resorts (Stubai, Ladurns, Rosskopf, Racines, Kronplatz, special weeks, Val), tobogganing, ice skating rinks , cross country skiing and much more. Furthermore, we have affordable packages available. The happy situation of our house makes a memorable and relaxing holiday in the middle of an unspoilt natural landscape, rich in forests and wonderful plants.

Getting there

Gossensaß is located between the Brenner and Sterzing. Our house can be found by proceeding from the main road for 50 meters. We are on the right side of the first bend.
