Object Description

You will live in a wonderful, newly built African house with typical high Makuti roof (palm roof). Everything is on one level, you do not have to go up any stairs! You can enjoy the pure exotic Africa feeling, but still live in a comfortable European style. The bedrooms have air conditioning. In the middle of the property you will find the large pool, a round pavilion (covered dining area), a barbecue and a large pond with fish, water lilies and a water fall. Everything is beautifully illuminated and looks great at night!
A gardener takes care of the tropical, lush and 5500 m2 large garden and the pool, a maid  takes care of order and cleanliness and your own cook will cook according to your wishes.  At night, the property is protected by a night guard. The personnel is included in the rental price. You can lay back and just enjoy the holiday. You can also send the cook to go shopping, even through the new supermarket is just a stone's throw away.
The stuff is included in the price. The maid is working from Monday to Saturday. She won't disturb you, because she comes through the kitchen door and you can lock the kitchen. You will definitely not be disturbed in the early morning. You will also have a cook for your own . Vizuri, our gardener,  keeps the pool and garden clean .An Askari (night guard) at night so you can get restful sleep..
The house is located in a 5500 m2 large tropical garden with a large pool in the middle with paths going around it, a covered sitting area with a grill and a pond with fish and a waterfall. There are 2 houses at the Marula Park.

The living room is a cozy sitting area, TV and DVD player with some Filmen.Im living room is still an extra bed for relaxation or for a fifth Person.
Immediately following is an outside terrace, 36 square meters and covered with comfortable seating and dining area. Here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lighted tropical garden and swimming pool and pond. The children in the pool are always in view.

Bedrooms / bathrooms:

1st Bedroom with king size bed 2 x 2 meters, air conditioning and hand-Adventure - furniture from mangrove wood! A safe for your valuables is available.
2nd Bedroom with two single beds 1 x 2 meters, air conditioning and also Adventure - furniture from mangrove wood. The beds can be pushed together.
The large bathroom with large shower, a double vanity with granite top Tiger and toilet.

Kitchen:

The kitchen is fitted with all necessary appliances and has a Extraeingangstür for housemaid / cook, so no one goes through the house, when, for example, still asleep.

Outside:

At the 5500 m² property is for only two houses, a huge beautiful pool, about 7 x 14 meters. Sunbeds and parasols are available at the pool.

Other:

In the pavilion you can enjoy tea or your 5 clock can also serve dinner. How about from the grill with delicious? Beef, is so cheap in Kenya.

MarulaPark is located exactly in the middle of the Diani Beach Road, very close to the new Baharini shopping center.
Everything is easy to reach from here. Right behind us you will find the diving club and the most beautiful beach bar fourtythieves. The stunningly white, powder-fine beach is 200 m from the house. We can pick you up from the airport - it is about 45 km away. You need 1 to 1.5 hrs for the ride, however, that will be your first sight seeing and you will also ride with the ferry. Thus, you are already used to Kenya upon your arrival to the house. Discover the house and the tropical garden with the monkeys and bush babies. Be pampered by the personnel and enjoy your well-deserved holiday! The airport transfer cost each way 40.- €.

Sport, Activities and Attractions

Recreational activities nearby  : diving, fishing, golf, horse riding, paragliding, sailing, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, water skiing, wind-surfing, Camel riding, safari tours, snorkeling, jet ski, kite surfing.

Safaris in Kenya: You cannot leave the cradle of humanity without going on a breath-taking safari! There are 16 national parks that have very different flora and fauna. You will be picked up directly from the house in the morning and drive with the jeep to, for example, the Tsavo national park. You can also fly to the Massai Mara from the small air strip - a very special experience! For those who would not like to spend the night in a lodge or a tent, you can simply drive to the nearby Shimba Hills and watch the elephants and different animals. Then you can come back to the house at night.

Diving and water sports: The closest diving base is right next to us. You can bring your own equipment or rent here. If you have never dived before, you can learn it in the diving school. Different tours are offered, like wreck-diving. The entire coast is protected by an offshore coral riff, so there are no high waves and no sharks. You can also go snorkeling or diving in the coral riffs.

Golf information: The beautiful and well-kept leisure lodge golf club is at most 10 minutes away.
