Villa Topas was completely renovated in 2009. The existing bathroom was equipped with new tile, modern and high quality fittings, new toilet and shower. A 2nd Bath was built, also with high-quality equipment. The house has a large kitchen with new tile and appliances. Countertops in green marble.
On all floors high quality tiles were laid. The countertops in the bathrooms are made of beautiful marble. On the plot of 600 m2 is a swimming pool. The house has a large terrace, a living room upstairs and a balcony. Villa Topas is fully equipped with high-quality hand-carved furniture.

Kenya has wonderful, natural sandy beaches. The best are located on the south coast, the Diani Beach. Accordingly, the focus is in any kind of water.
But even a relaxing walk on the beach of the soul is already doing wonders. Here you have miles that opportunity. Or try it with jogging. Best suited to the early morning or evening hours. Always look for good sun protection. On Diani Beach there are various ways to surf, surf, kite, deep sea fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, jet skiing and more. A very well-maintained 18-hole golf course is available to you with everything you could wish for golf enthusiasts and at very reasonable prices. Various day trips are available here on site, such as Sailing with Dow for snorkeling. Of course, you can rent a car or a motorbike and explore on your own surroundings.
