Cozy 75 sqm - 2-bedroom furnished house in Bali "Sidakarya" for up to 4 people, strategically located and completely furnished with a large single bed (200x120 cm) in the guestroom, a large kingsize-bed (200x180 cm) in the bedroom, another comfortable sleeping-couch (for two person) in the living room and a small sleeping-sofa for one person in the Entrance-room. There is a modern shower in the bathroom and the kitchen is completely equipped.

The Living-Room is equipped with a triple sleeping-couch & a Settee in front of the large TV with DVD-Player and a antique cabinet. The large couch is also very inviting vor a relaxing afternoon-nap. The Dining Corner consist of a dining table and 6 (8) chairs. There is also another Dining table at the rear garden for "romantic candlelit dinners".

Bedrooms / bathrooms:

The Guestroom is furnished with a large single-bed (or small double bed), a Wardrobe and a cabinet. There is also a writing- and Laptop table. The bedroom is furnished with a large, teakwood kingsize-bed (200x180 cm) with branded mattress, 2 bedside-tables with modern reading-lamps, a antique Wardrobe and a cosmetic-table with large mirror and chair. The Bedroom is equipped also with an very effective AIR CONDITION! The newly renovated Bathroom is equipped with a large, modern hotwater "Rain-Shower".

Kitchen:

kitchen is completely equipped.

Outside:

The Dining Corner consist of a dining table and 6 (8) chairs. There is also another Dining table at the rear garden for "romantic candlelit dinners".

Other:

The Shopping Facilities are excellent and just 500 meter from the Holiday Home. There are many Restaurants in Sanur and at the ByPass and we can organize for you a small car (Suzuki Jimny) for just 10 € per day to keep you flexible.

Since the house is very close to Serangan Island, Sanur & Padang Bai it is also perfect for Surfers & Divers because all interesting spots could be reached within minutes (Benoa & Serangan) and the "Ring-Road" (Bypass) is just 3 minutes away which brings you easy to Padang Bai, Candi Dasa, Tulamben, Amed and Lovina.
On request we’ll organize for you a motorbike or car for rental and also transport to Padang Bai, Lombok, Lovina, Lembongan, Candi Dasa, Tulamben, Amed and even to Komodo!
The 1-story building is strategically located in central Bali very close to the Bali "Bypass" which goes from Sanur in the North-East until Nusa Dua in the South.
The Tourist placesSanur - Kuta/Legian/Seminyak could be reached by car within 10 minutes and Jimbaran, Nusa Dua and Padang Bai is very easy and fast to reach.

The Holiday Home is in Sidakarya not far from the "Tanjung Benoa" (where the Bali International Marina is located) and Serangan "the Turtle" Island with many local and International Boats moored in the Lagoon.
