Enjoy your stay in Cape Khamai guesthouse surrounded by the Helderberg and Hottentot Holland mountains just outside of Cape Town. Our guest house is located near the center of Somerset West and combines all the comforts of a Bed & Breakfast.
Our classified as a 3-star Bed & Breakfast offers 5 guest rooms. In two rooms you can choose self catering. Four of the five guest rooms have a patio or a roofed terrace.
All rooms at Cape Khamai are newly renovated and comfortably furnished. During the cooler season, an infrared heating system provides warmth.
For a pleasant and carefree stay in your guest room is provided. The honesty bar in the breakfast room is equipped with select wines, champagne, beer, mineral water, soft drinks and snacks. In the room you can prepare coffee and tea.
Whenever possible, you can enjoy a varied breakfast on the terrace overlooking into the colorful garden.
During your stay we offer you the possibility to a typical African barbecue (braai).
Smoking is not allowed in the guesthouse, you can use the entire outdoor area for smoking.
Internet access is available in public areas of the guesthouse (WLAN).
You park your car safely inside the property.
If you need a cot, please indicate this when booking. In-room safe is also available.
Do yourself a good thing: Have a massage in your guest room you can relax completely. On request we also make an appointment for foot-and / or hand care for you.
Our solar heated swimming pool and heated jacuzzi are heated pleasant. Enjoy a refreshing dip after a day. In the pool area you will find sun loungers and seating. In the pool area are sun loungers and chairs for the sun lovers. the shadow lovers will find a good place under the large awning on the pool terrace or under the shade of parasols. In the garden you can rest well, read an interesting article or read a good book in the shade of numerous tree.

In each room there is a mobile one of the latest generation infrared heating for the cooler season. Upon request, each guest receives a robe during his stay. Somerset West is idyllically situated at the entrance to the famous Garden Route. In close proximity to numerous, well-known wineries, beautiful sandy beaches for long walks and unforgettable sunsets. The proximity to Cape Town (45 minutes) and the International and National Airport (30 minutes). Shoppers will find many shopping venues such as the immense Somerset Mall with over 100 shops. Numerous and very good restaurants are available. Sports enthusiasts will find plenty of opportunities to exercise them. For golfers there is an absolute paradise. In and at Somerset West, you will find nine golf courses.

Getting there

For a stay in South Africa a rental car is essential. You want on arrival from overseas no longer drive yourself? We will pick you up from the airport. On request we take care of your car order, then the next day which is available for you.
