Dalyan Mavikosk Apartments are placed in a green area of 1.500m² including a swimming pool, where you may also swim in the evening. Next to the pool you will find the bar, shower and WC. We have in total 9 apartments - each 60m². All accommodations are suitable for 4 people; with two bedrooms, one shower/toilet, kitchen and living room. All rooms with A/C. At our open air bar and restaurant you will have your breakfast, we offer you also meals by order. Our bedroom/s will be kept out every 4 days. Each appartment has a kitchen with a cooking plate and refrigerator. You'll reach the supermarket in 4-5 minutes by walk. We are a family company. Me, my wife and my three daughters would like to help you. We do some activities like barbeque on demand. You will find a family atmosphere with us. We assure you that you will have great holidays here and that you'll return to home with high morale and energy!

Dalyan, town of nature and ancient rock tombs, is situated at the river, close to the Mediterrenean sea with golden sandy beach where Caretta Caretta turtles survive and breed every summer. Dalyan is a spectacular marriage of sea and fascinating nature. The village of Dalyan in the province of Mugla at the Southwest Mediterranean. It is one of surviving corners of paradise, an area of outstanding natural beauty and historical interest. The Dalyan Channel through which water circulates between the Mediterranean and Köycegiz Lake winds in extravagant flourishes, forming a network of small lakes and waterways through reed rising from 3 to 5 meters height. |
Getting there |
It takes only 30 km from Mavikosk in Dalyan to the next airport "Dalaman" and 15 minutes from Mavikosk to the "Ortaca" bus station. You may get the bus from Izmir in direction to "Fethiye". Please pay attention that you get off from the bus when you arrive to the city "Ortaca". The distance between Ortaca and Dalyan is only 15 minutes by Mini-bus which you'll find at the central bus station when you leave the bus from Izmir (The driver & service/ticket station there will describe you easily where to find the Mini-bus to Dalyan). Apartment Mavi Kosk is situated near to the riverside and you can reach the center of Dalyan within 10 minutes by walk. The distance from the sea is 12 kilometers, that is surrounded by rich plants and agricultural fields. Climate: Köycegiz-Dalyan has a Mediterranean climate, thus it presents the typical flora characteristics of this climate type. The region has very rich plant cover. Delta site, which covers a considerable area between Dalyan Beach and lake Köycegiz, consists of a channel system divided by reeds and ad rushes with a length up to 3 meters. |
