Object Description

Our very comfortable and completely furnished vacation home offers you close to 1,800 sq ft of living space. You will enjoy high ceilings and an open floor plan with a large living and dining area. Glass sliding doors open through to the heated swimming pool and sun deck with lounge chairs for tanning or just relaxing in the sun. You can enjoy a cool drink or quick snack at the poolside seating area.

Recharge your energy and plan the next day’s adventure.  Our kitchen is furnished with a wide range of tools and appliances so that you can either quickly whip something together or recreate your favourite dish with all the care it deserves.
We have learned from years of vacation experience that a beautiful day of holidaying should end just as beautifully, and that this is far more likely in a cosy house than in a hotel room.

Master bedroom with a queen size bed (fine linen and premium mattress), TV.
Second bedroom is also a queen size bed with quality mattress and linen.
Third bedroom with 2 Twins beds - very suitable as a children's bedroom in which a third bed is available (baby bed in the garage). Also very good mattresses and linen.

Subtropical garden - well maintained - around the house with more than 70 different plants. A sprinkler system also serves as the dry season for the necessary moisture.
Behind the house is the pool area - protected by a new screen (old victim was the last hurricane). High-quality furniture by KESSLER, gas barbeque and sun loungers. The private pool is heated.

Location and surroundings:

Kissimmee is located south of Orlando and in close proximity to Walt Disney and the other in the world famous attractions. Very close to the U.S. 192 - between markers 10 and 11 - our house is within the residential area, "Hamilton's Reserve, which is regarded as one of the best in Kissimmee.
A community pool and tennis court are available. Despite its central location it is - on the edge of a forest (nature reserve) - very quiet.

Getting there

The best way to reach your vacation villa from the Orlando Airport is in a rented car.  Many car rental companies can be found right at the airport and provide convienient service. You will receive an exact description of directions and maps upon reservation.
Our housing management is pleased to offer you a shuttle service from the airport to your villa if you prefer.

Sport, Activities and Attractions

Kissimmee located in the Heart of Florida, just south of Orlando, the world-renowned destination of fun park tourists.

Here you have the choice between 15 world-famous entertainment parks including Disney World and Sea World. Over 30 further entertainment venues including rides and dinner shows like Arabian Nights or Medival Times are waiting for you to explore.

A quick look through the local paper “The Sentinel” is sufficient to convince you that there is so much more than "Mickey & Minnie". There are concerts, galleries, exhibitions, museums, Orlando Magic, etc.
 
Only few minutes in the car and you can find other attractions like Universal Studios, restraurants featuring the cuisine of many countries, and shopping centers (e.g. "Belz Factory Outlet Mall" which features reduced-price goods from over 100 international brand name companies. and much more).

People who love the water will undoubtedly find what they are looking on one of the many lakes or at the beach. Day trips bring you to the Kennedy Space Center, Daytona Beach, for example.
Sportsmen will find numerous possibilities in and around Kissimmee. For example, golf, paragliding, and fishing.
