Location and surroundings: | This house is located in Rotonda Lakes - a quiet, safe and pretty Area. Because of the private atmosphere around the house you may enjoy the view from the pool to all the fauna and flora Floridas.
There are 5 golf places in Rotonda which are all close by. You’ll find more around in Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda and Venice.
There is a tennis court close by too, just a couple minutes from the house.
Airport: The best choice would be Fort Meyers Airport (RSW). But there is also Tampa or Miami not to far.
Shopping - Shopping is a pleasure you have everything around and the next Town Center Mall is located in Port Charlotte.
Beach - There are several white sandy beaches close by.
Englewood beach with boardwalk , Manasota Key beaches 15/20 min., Gasparilla Island 10 min.
There is a lot of fun with boating, fishing etc. you’ll arrive the next Marina in just 7 min.
Sightseeing - Spend a day in Fort Meyers -Edison Ford Museum- the nice shopping Malls and more pretty Beaches.
Or go north to enjoy Venice with the Old Town Centre, Venice beaches and go next to Sarasota with elegant restaurants and the famous Ringling Museum.
